Jag ville träna mer målinriktat och försöka hitta en bra balans mellan träning, familj och heltidsarbete. Tidigare var min träning ostrukturerad och bestod mest av spinningpass eller MTB-cykling. Målet var kort och koncist att ”träna” men vad det gav hade jag ingen aning om. Det bästa är att det är individuellt anpassat utifrån mina förutsättningar. Om jag till exempel har en semesterresa inbokad är träningsprogrammet anpassat efter det, eller att jag gärna tränar lite alternativ träning, så som dans eller yoga, så är även det inplanerat i mitt program. En annan sak som jag också gillar är att instruktionerna till mina pass är lätta att förstå. Nu har jag tränat med Toppfysik i två år och jag tycker att jag fortfarande utvecklas som cyklist. Jag ser fram emot att fortsätta växa med deras hjälp  och det tror jag att alla oavsett träningsbakgrund kan göra!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Tillhör världseliten i trike, siktar på paralympisk medalj i Tokyo 2020 och är en allmänt glad skit När man tränar på en hög nivå är en av de viktigaste relationerna i livet den mellan mig som aktiv och min tränare, fungerar inte den är det svårt att uppnå de resultat man drömmer om. Med hjälp av toppfysik får jag verkligen det stöd och den hjälp som jag behöver i jakten på mina mål! Och har dessutom väldigt roligt under tiden. Att ha en kunnig och engagerad tränare att diskutera idéer och infallsvinklar med är fantastiskt, något jag kan rekommendera alla oavsett ambitionsnivå. Jag som paraidrottare passar inte alltid in i mallen för hur en cyklist ska träna utan ofta är det ett experimenterande för att komma fram till vilken träning som passar mig bäst, något som fungerat fantastiskt under den tid jag arbetat med toppfysik!</image:caption>

Min coach hjälper mig att att balansera träning och återhämtning och tillsammans utformar vi ett träningsupplägg som fungerar i vardagen.  En av de största fördelarna med en personlig coach är den direkta kontakten. Med hjälp av toppfysik får jag verkligen det stöd och den hjälp som jag behöver i jakten på mina mål! Och har dessutom väldigt roligt under tiden. Att ha en kunnig och engagerad tränare att diskutera idéer och infallsvinklar med är fantastiskt, något jag kan rekommendera alla oavsett ambitionsnivå. Jag som paraidrottare passar inte alltid in i mallen för hur en cyklist ska träna utan ofta är det ett experimenterande för att komma fram till vilken träning som passar mig bäst, något som fungerat fantastiskt under den tid jag arbetat med toppfysik!</image:caption>

Min coach hjälper mig att att balansera träning och återhämtning och tillsammans utformar vi ett träningsupplägg som fungerar i vardagen.  En av de största fördelarna med en personlig coach är den direkta kontakten. Jag får snabba svar på frågor som dyker upp, vi diskuterar och reflekterar tillsammans och hon ger mig ett ovärderligt stöd i min mentala resa.</image:caption>

I wanted to train more purposefully and try to find a good balance between training, family, and full-time work. Previously, my training was unstructured and mostly consisted of spinning classes or MTB cycling. The goal was simply and concisely to "train," but I had no idea what it was actually doing for me. The best part is that it is individually tailored based on my conditions. For example, if I have a vacation planned, the training program is adjusted accordingly, or if I prefer to do alternative training such as dancing or yoga, that is also included in my program. Another thing I like is that the instructions for my sessions are easy to understand. I have now been training with my coach for two years, and I feel that I am still developing as a cyclist. I look forward to continuing to grow with their help, and I believe that anyone, regardless of their training background, can do the same!</image:caption>
