You are not committing to anything by submitting this form. You can change your mind after you have had your first contact with your new trainer if it does not feel right or if new circumstances have arisen. Submitting this form is also no guarantee that we will be able to take on you as a training adept. To ensure that we maintain the level of service that we want for our existing adepts, we do not take on new ones without having the capacity to do so.
