Package with a 12-week training plan for Tjejvättern plus a 60-minute initial consultation with one of our coaches. You will receive a periodized and varied training schedule where each session includes descriptions of the exercises. There are also video clips included in the plan that cover common questions, coaching on aspects of cycling technique, or simply provide extra motivation. You will also receive our training guide, which gives both basic and advanced information about our training philosophy and how various exercises should be performed, as well as a special Vättern guide with all sorts of tips for preparations and things to consider during the event.

Choose which training level you want on the program here in the webshop when you place your order and pay. Then go to our booking page to book a time for your 60-minute meeting (online or in Falun) with one of our trainers where we will go through the plan, enter the program into TrainingPeaks and answer any questions you may have, such as how you might think about modifying the program.

Level 1

  • For those aiming for a time over 4 hours

  • 6-13 hours of training per week and a total of 101 hours during these 12 weeks

  • However, the training is just as suitable for getting in really good shape for summer cycling

Nivå 2

  • For those aiming for a time between 3 - 4 hours

  • 9 - 14 hours of training per week and a total of 127 hours during these 12 weeks

  • However, the training is just as suitable for getting in really good shape for summer cycling

Level 3

  • For those aiming for a time under 3 hours

  • 10-15 hours of training per week and a total of 141 hours during these 12 weeks

  • However, the training is just as suitable for getting in really good shape for other races in June. Unlike the plans in level 1 and 2, where the intensity of the sessions is stated in estimated effort, the intensity is stated in power development.
